How Our Mail-In Sharpening Service Works

Step 1 – Send Us Your Shears Carefully wrap your scissors or shears to prevent damage in transit and mail them to: Master Shear Sharpener, 17390 Hwy 116, Guerneville, CA 95446

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Step 2 – We Sharpen & Inspect Once received, we'll sharpen and inspect your shears. Turnaround time is 48 hours after receipt.

Step 3 – We Ship Them Back Your shears will be returned via USPS/UPS with tracking. Return shipping is included — there's no extra charge to get your shears back to you.

Damaged in Transit We are not responsible for items damaged during inbound shipping. Please pack your shears securely and consider purchasing shipping insurance.
