SHEAR TRADE-IN PROGRAM

The Master Shear Sharpener Trade-In program allows professional hairstylists and barbers to trade in qualifying professional shears and receive an approved trade-in credit toward the purchase of new Mikaru Shears.

Trade-In Acceptance

All trade-ins are subject to inspection and approval by Master Shear Sharpener. Trade-in value is determined by the brand, model, condition, and serviceability of the shear.

Final Sale

Once the trade-in has been accepted and the credit applied toward the purchase of Mikaru Shears, the transaction is final. The traded shear cannot be returned, exchanged, or reclaimed, and the Mikaru Shears purchased through the Trade-In program are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law or covered by an applicable product warranty.

Ownership of Trade-In

Upon acceptance of the trade-in, ownership of the shear transfers to Master Shear Sharpener. Master Shear Sharpener assumes the cost of refurbishment and may restore, resell, retain, use for parts, or otherwise manage the shear at its discretion.

Customer Acknowledgment

By participating in the MASTER SHEAR SHARPENER TRADE-IN PROGRAM the customer confirms that they are the lawful owner of the shears being traded and have authority to transfer ownership. They understand and accept the terms of the Master Shears trade-in program.
