HOW TO - Mail in for sharpening...

 1. The best way to package your pair of Shears, is to secure the tip with a rubber band. Wrap the Shears in a paper towel or bubble wrap for extra protection.

2. Place your Shears in a padded envelope or sturdy box. To prevent unnecessary costs and bulk, do not send your Shears in their original box or packaging.

3. Clearly print your name, contact details, and your 'place of business address.' Use insured mail via FedEx or UPS and mail your parcel to Master Shear Sharpener, 1609 Woodhue Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95403

4. On the same day we receive your Shears, we will give your Shears our 10-point inspection. If necessary, we will communicate with you should there be any extra work that needs to be done to balance or correct your Shears.

5. We will return your sharpened Shears to you at no extra cost, with a tracking number, via FedEx, insured priority mail, to the business address you have provided for us.

PLEASE NOTE - WE DO NOT WORK ON SCISSORS & SHEARS THAT ARE DAMAGED BEYOND SHARPENING OR REPAIR!

Shipping & Returns

All our Shears are inspected for precision in their performance and for quality control before being shipped to you. Your Shears will arrive in perfect working order with a seal of approval around their handles.

Please ensure that you choose the correct size or color theme before you place your order.

Please note, it takes your body's muscle memory some time to adjust to any new ergonomical designs which might feel a bit out of place at first.

Should you want to return your purchased Shears, we will do so within 25 days from the date of your purchase.

Since we shipped your Shears to you, free of charge, we have a $50 reshelving fee.

VERY IMPORTANT: Due to the nature of the high value of MASSUGU SHEARS, the Shears must be returned to us in the same condition with the full packaging as you recieved them.

Shears which have been dropped or neglected, out of our control will not be excepted.

The Shears have to be in an 'as new' sellable condition to be returned.

We appreciate your compliance and we hope that you will have many years of enjoyment cutting and creating with your new Shears. ;-)
